HOW IT WORKS

2. Get Your Personal AdvisorYou’ll be assigned an advisor who will guide you throughout your entire process, answer your questions, and help you understand each step.

3. Complete Your RequirementsYour advisor will explain what information and documentation is needed to move forward.

4. Approval ProcessOnce everything is submitted and ready, we begin working through your approval process.

5. Find Your Home & Move In 🔑Once approved, we guide you through the final steps toward securing your new home and getting ready for move-in.

Please note: The Identification Package is NOT included with the Approval Package and must be purchased separately.
